  Horrible customer service. Ordered a birthday cake for my daughter, we ate while waiting for it to be written on, and I still had to wait 10 minutes after for them to write on it. When we got the cake the writing was terrible, and it was in black icing on white ice cream cake so we e couldn't even scrape it off to fix it ourselves.
  When my wife took the cake back, the manager just tossed money at her from the till, didn't even bother trying to rectify the issue.
  We called the DQ on the north side in Lethbridge, they were amazing, we got a great cake from them, and including drive time from Coaldale to Lethbridge, it took about the same amount of time.
  From now on, we will drive to the north side DQ.

  I have been to this dq a few times now and it's awesome to see they are always busy but the customer service seems to get worse everytime I go... the first time it took almost 25 minutes to get 2 cheeseburgers and fries. My second experience was just ordering blizzards that took 15 minutes cause the staff we to busy gossiping. And my third trip I was excited to get a reeses pieces blizzard but I received a reeses cup blizzard. I then tried to talk to the cashier saying I wanted the pieces and she couldn't even understand what I was asking her.. it took another staff member to step in. I was then told by the supervisor they don't have that anymore but they had the reader board saying they did plus a poster ouside the door and also a card on the register inside. The supervisor just said don't have it anymore walked away from me went outside and took the poster down.. didn't get an apology nothing. I'm very disappointed with my experiences here, guess I'm going to be sticking with the Lethbridge DQ from now on

  We came on a Saturday afternoon at the start​ of a rush. We waited as the staff got other orders ready. After almost 20 minutes we stopped an employee to ask about our order as people after us had already gotten their items. It was only after talking to her that we got our order. No one had noticed or bothered to check the board to see what was remaining to be made.
